Chlorine Gas Under Pressure

CondiChlor

Pressure reducing valve with chlorine filter

Manufacturer: Lutz-Jesco Gas Chlorination Systems

The most common causes of chlorinator malfunctions are impurities and liquid chlorine. Liquid chlorine either enters directly from the chlorine tank or develops in the piping through condensation, which is unavoidable due to temperature and pressure differences. When it reaches plastic parts designed only for gaseous chlorine, malfunctions and leakages result.

CondiChlor effectively prevents these problems: it has a catchpot with filter in which liquid chlorine is separated, collected and evaporated, and it reduces the pressure so chlorine cannot reliquefy. It is supplied ready for wall mounting.
