Catchpot for separating liquid chlorine and dirt
The catchpot is a pressure vessel used to collect liquid chlorine and impurities carried in the chlorine gas line. Liquid chlorine and dirt — the most common causes of chlorinator malfunctions — are separated here before reaching the equipment.
The carbon steel vessel is rated PN25 and available in 125 ml, 250 ml and 1000 ml volumes. Inlet and outlet connections can be selected as threaded pin, union nut or DN25/PN40 flange.
