Klor Küresel Vanaları
Chlorine ball valve for shut-off duty — DN8–DN25
The chlorine ball valve is a shut-off device that uses a pierced ball as the shut-off body. It is designed with a floating ball: the connection between the ball and the control rod is loose, so in the closed position the ball is pressed into the seal by the medium pressure alone without loading the control rod.
The control rod opens and closes the valve, operated either via a manual handle or an electrical actuator. The connection to the pipeline is made with a housing flange. Parts in contact with chlorine comprise a Monel 400 ball, PTFE housing seal and a ball seat of PTFE with 25% glass.
