MEMDOS KMS-V
Vertical piston diaphragm dosing pump
The MEMDOS KMS-V is the vertical arrangement of the MEMDOS KMS piston diaphragm system. It works on the principle that the piston displaces glycerin which hydraulically moves the diaphragm, completely separating the metered liquid from the drive side and providing leak-free dosing.
The closed surge chamber and the incompressibility of the glycerin allow the diaphragm to transfer the piston movement exactly to the medium. Metering capacity and maximum back pressure are determined by the size of the driving gear.
Key features
- Vertical piston diaphragm arrangement
- Leak-free dosing
- Hydraulic transmission via glycerin
- Protected, long-life separating diaphragm
- Capacity and pressure determined by the driving gear
- Dosing heads in PVC, PP, PVDF and stainless steel
