Griffco PRS pressure relief valve with pressure switch
The PRS relief valve combines the pressure relief function with an integrated pressure switch. When the valve opens above its preset pressure to protect the system, the switch simultaneously generates an electrical signal so the operator or control system is alerted to the upset condition.
This prevents a blockage or closed valve in the dosing line from going unnoticed. The valve is normally closed and discharges excess pressure into a reservoir or back into the inlet piping. Long-lasting PTFE/EPDM diaphragms are standard.
