Griffco BPU / PRU unibody valves
Unibody back pressure and pressure relief valves are machined from a single-piece body, so they contain fewer seals and connection points. This improves leak-tightness and allows a compact installation.
The back pressure model (BPU) creates a constant positive discharge pressure to prevent siphoning and improve dosing accuracy, while the relief model (PRU) opens above a preset pressure to protect the system. A moulded Noryl® top offers higher pressure and temperature limits than standard plastic valves, and PTFE/EPDM diaphragms are standard.
