Statiflo GDS Gaz Dispersiyon Sistemi

The Statiflo Gas Dispersion System (GDS) is a concept for simultaneous mixing and mass transfer, exclusively designed and built by the leaders in motionless mixing systems. Each system is custom engineered to meet the customer's specific performance requirements.

The main components are a main line mixer/contactor and sidestream equipment: a pre-disperser static mixer, a gas eductor (if the gas is at low pressure), a centrifugal pump operating at constant flow rate, sample points, valves, instrumentation, interconnecting pipework and stand-by equipment as required. The sidestream gas/liquid dispersing equipment can be side mounted compactly on the contactor mixer or floor/skid mounted.
