Nitrogen flushing device for chlorine lines
The nitrogen flushing device allows chlorine lines to be purged with nitrogen before maintenance or a container change. Residual chlorine gas and moisture are expelled with nitrogen, reducing the risk of corrosion, liquid chlorine accumulation and personnel exposure during maintenance.
The device is permanently connected to the chlorine line and is equipped with a nitrogen cylinder connection, pressure reducer and shutoff valves. It is used in particular on liquid chlorine lines and evaporator installations for maintenance safety.
