Hydraulically Actuated Diaphragm

1700 Serisi

1700 Series hydraulically actuated tubular diaphragm metering pumps

Manufacturer: Lutz-Jesco Dosing Pumps & Skids

The 1700 Series is a family of hydraulically actuated tubular diaphragm metering pumps. The memory of the pre-stressed diaphragm returns it to its exact reference position on every suction stroke, giving exceptional accuracy, outstanding lift capabilities and minimal NPSH requirements. The diaphragm's ability to withstand higher vacuum prevents premature failure.

The hydraulic system is open to atmosphere on every stroke for venting of air and refill of oil by gravity, so mechanical vent or refill valves are not required. This means less maintenance, longer life and lower cost. Stroke length is adjusted from 0–100% with a micrometer control, independent of internal resistance or pressure, with a repetitive accuracy of ±1%.
